- Identify new opportunities within specific areas served by our team to foster business growth.
- Draft written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a seamless closing process.
- Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with leads to expand sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on local market knowledge to address client inquiries regarding potential homes and the surrounding area.
- Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and identify suitable properties.
- Provide outstanding customer service to cultivate client trust and enhance sales volume.
- Regularly follow up with leads to increase sales opportunities.
