We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc. in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

This is a 12+ month position with a high possibility of extension. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be responsible for retrieving and consolidating materials from various warehouse locations using handheld scanners to fulfill orders for outbound shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper procedures when handling materials and operating equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize written requests to locate items and retrieve them from various warehouse locations.
  • Material Consolidation: Group items together and consolidate materials during retrieval.
  • Quality Control: Inspect the quality of products and report any damaged or missing items.
  • Documentation: Complete required documentation for closing and validating orders.
  • Communication: Collaborate with order packers to ensure they have all necessary items for delivery.
Working Conditions

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, regularly required to stand through entire shifts. You will be bending, walking, stooping, standing, climbing, and frequently lifting up to 50 lbs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Previous inventory management experience is required.
  • Position will be 90% inventory management.
  • Will need to obtain forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
