Job Summary

Pendulum, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and deploying legacy and new applications and systems in support of the Intelligence Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, test, install, and integrate new and upgraded versions of operating systems on organization computer systems.
  • Plan, test, install, and integrate third-party software components and subsystems.
  • Assist higher-level software system specialists in managing software life cycles.
  • Manage software life cycles.
  • Research and resolve routine systems software problems, working with higher-level specialists.
  • Research and resolve complex systems software problems efficiently and accurately while adhering to internal software management standards and procedures.
Required Skills
  • Windows System Administration, including Windows Server 2012 R2 or later and Windows 10.
  • Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SWUS, Group policy, and Windows deployment server.
  • Microsoft SQL server or later; Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, YAML, XML, and BitLocker).
  • Network administration (Firewalls, routers, and switches).
  • Backup and antivirus deployments (McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator or equivalent; System Center Data Protection Manager or equivalent).
Desired Skills
  • Working with Mission Specific applications and networks such as RH, MDSx, EMS, PRIVY, and OUS Catalog databases.
  • Holding secondary Mission specific CI scrub.
  • Managing software life cycles.
