Floor Maintenance Technician

The Floor Tech position provides the cleaning and maintaining of carpets and hard surface floors. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors as needed.
- Clean and vacuum carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment.
- Operate vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6 Months of experience.
- Experience utilizing a floor scrubber.
