Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing sanitation operations and coordinating tasks to ensure completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.

Restocking supplies in the dining area.

Removal and proper disposal of waste.

Receiving and stocking inventory.

Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.

Requirements:

Able to use safe operating procedures and sound judgement.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in foodservice and/or a maintenance role.

Work Environment:

University of Oshkosh - Wisconsin
