The Process Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Customer Service team by leveraging expertise in Sika's products, policies, and procedures. This role will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external training to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Manage account reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
- Process material returns (RMAs) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Facilitate new account setups, e-commerce user setups, and maintenance to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Assist with order processing to meet customer demands.
Key Skills:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address and resolve conflicting issues professionally, confidently, and efficiently.
- Support the RSB Customer Care Team, which may include some travel to customer sites and Sika locations as needed.
