  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of individual progress and services provided.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
