Job Summary

This position is responsible for applying paint products in accordance with customer specifications and requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and coating products. This role requires proficiency in various semi-skilled functions, including painting, coating, and blasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply paint products in accordance with customer specifications and requirements.
  • Clean, prepare, and coat products.
  • Develop proficiency in various semi-skilled functions, including painting, coating, and blasting.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete preventive maintenance.
  • Work under the direction of the Painter - Coater - Blaster lead.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of prior work experience in a related field.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.).
  • Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
Physical Demands

This position requires walking, sitting, or standing to a significant degree. The role also requires working in a confined space and lifting up to 70 pounds. Visual acuity is required to inspect work completed.
