Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at NovaWorks Solutions. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the scope, duration, and cost of work required for their vehicles.
  • Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments and workshops.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to arrange for parts availability and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Create and manage orders in our computer system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Offer replacement vehicles or arrange for customer mobility as needed.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure high-quality work and identify any defects.
  • Conduct final inspections on the lift and complete invoices, taking into account warranty and goodwill cases.
  • Communicate with customers to explain the work carried out and provide additional services as needed.
