We are seeking an Oracle FIN Functional Lead Specialist to join our Managed Services practice. This role will lead optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions, including interactions with offshore team members. They will gather requirements from client users via KPMG requirements templates and configure, test, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, they will conduct quarterly release testing, responsible for a set of test scripts to be tested, and provide analysis on new functionality being released and recommend to clients if it should be implemented or not.

The candidate will work in KPMG Service Now application for ticketing/documentation and communication. A minimum of five years of Oracle implementations and/or five years of recent post-production support is required. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college/university is also required.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience supporting Financials applications in the following areas: General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and fixed assets. Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management is also required.
