Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Average weekly pay: $1,200 to $1,600
  • Additional pay for detention, deadhead, and bonuses
  • Flatbed driver referral program: Up to $3,000
  • Clean DOT inspection bonus: Up to $200
  • Monthly bonus based on truck revenue

Home Time, Route, and Schedule

As a Regional Flatbed Driver, you will enjoy:

  • Home time: Home weekends
  • Schedule: Leave Sunday or Monday and home Friday
  • Route: Regional routes primarily within a 500-600 mile radius of Memphis
  • Level of touch: Drivers must secure loads, which may involve tarping, strapping, and chaining
Equipment and Safety

We provide:

  • Late-model Mack and Freightliner trucks
  • Primarily automatic transmission with some manual transmission available
  • Governed speed: 69 mph
  • ELD-equipped using Samsara system
  • Onboard safety features, including lane departure, cameras, and more
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 23 years old
  • Have a CDL A license issued from the state in which you reside
  • Have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 3 years
  • Be able to lift up to 110 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Have a stable work history and meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements
  • Pass a required pre-employment drug screen
