Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service by representing Vyve in a consistently professional and courteous manner. Address and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues. Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for promoting Vyve products and services. Achieve and surpass monthly sales revenue goals. Create and maintain departmental reports as required. Act as a mentor to fellow team members, providing guidance, support, and direction. Execute all responsibilities of a Retail Sales Agent as needed, including:
  • Initiating customer contact and facilitating sales.
  • Resolving customer problems and answering inquiries.
  • Sending correspondence and generating reports.
  • Clearly explaining billing and company policies regarding pricing, billing, and services.
  • Identifying customer needs and educating them to sell or upgrade services.
  • Accurately documenting all sales and order activities in the online database system.
  • Processing customer payments accurately and balancing daily transactions in accordance with established cash management protocols.
  • Collecting overdue accounts.
  • Demonstrating integrity while accessing customer databases and reference materials to locate records and research account histories.
  • Issuing, receiving, and maintaining records of customer-premise equipment.
  • Troubleshooting service-related issues with customers and testing customer-premise equipment.
  • Contacting customers regarding company services as necessary.
  • Fostering a positive and cooperative environment that promotes teamwork.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Willingness to travel as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and/or sales, with direct interaction with consumers. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in navigating various software applications without becoming overwhelmed. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in using PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, and general internet navigation. Competence in using computers, keyboards, and software applications. Ability to type at least 35 words per minute. High School Diploma or GED required. Bilingual skills are preferred.
