Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks as specified in repair orders with precision and efficiency, adhering to dealership and factory standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining regular communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage workflow and customer interactions.
  • Identifying the root cause of vehicle issues and performing necessary repairs.
  • Clearly articulating technical diagnoses and required repairs to customers and non-technical staff.
  • Staying updated on factory technical bulletins and participating in relevant training sessions.
  • Informing management of any mechanical repair challenges as they arise.
  • Ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Automotive Service Technician
  • ASE certification is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be 18 years or older to comply with company policies
