Program Manager, UC Field Center, College of Arts and Sciences

The University of Cincinnati's Field Center seeks a skilled program manager to oversee the daily operations of a remote field center. This individual will be responsible for managing the use and maintenance of the facility and equipment, as well as coordinating with faculty and students on research and instructional projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with experience in coordinating student/public learning activities and managing outdoor spaces. A bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the maintenance and upkeep of the facility and equipment
- Coordinating with faculty and students on research and instructional projects
- Assisting in the development of demonstration displays and green infrastructure
- Maintaining inventory and invoicing for services and utilities
- Purchasing necessary components and coordinating with outside contractors
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- Seven years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
Required Experience
- Three years of relevant experience
Additional Qualifications Considered
- Experience coordinating student/public learning activities
- Experience with plant propagation, greenhouse, farming, or outdoor facilities
- Experience with facility maintenance, operations, hosting of outside groups and activities
