Key Responsibilities of the Van Driver:

  • Ensure vehicles are maintained according to warranty standards and internal maintenance protocols for optimal safety and functionality.
  • Serve as an Activity Assistant during outings, remaining with the group at all times except when parking the vehicle.
  • Provide transportation for residents to medical appointments, recreational outings, and shopping excursions.
  • Observe resident activities and notify staff when assistance is required to ensure resident safety.
