Position: Retail Sales Associate (Product Guide)

Join Our Team:

As a vital member of our retail team, the Product Guide plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional brand experience to our customers. Your passion for sharing knowledge and connecting with others will shine through as you engage with guests and assist them in finding the perfect products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide an outstanding brand experience through effective education and problem-solving.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and integrate this knowledge into guest interactions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the customer experience at every opportunity.
  • Support store leadership with various projects and brand initiatives to elevate the in-store experience.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Build connections with guests through product education, efficient payment processing, and timely communication regarding warranties or product issues.
  • Participate in store events, assist with inventory management, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Offer insights and suggestions on merchandising and the overall in-store experience to drive sales.
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in retail sales.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A positive attitude and a sense of accountability in your work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an awareness of your impact on others.
  • Self-motivated with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in dynamic situations.
