Our consultants benefit from a flexible work schedule tailored to individual availability, store hours, and business requirements. Typically, gorjana consultants work between 10 to just under 40 hours weekly. Specific availability and scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.

Your Daily Responsibilities May Include:

Sales:

  • Boost sales through effective styling and relationship development.
  • Achieve results and contribute to both personal and store sales objectives.
  • Encourage customers to subscribe to our mailing list.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by wearing our products and sharing company history and product expertise.

Customer Service:

  • Welcome customers promptly upon entering the store and provide exceptional service.
  • Create a positive first impression through an energetic and authentic demeanor.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns professionally while focusing on solutions.

Operations:

  • Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, product organization, and overall store maintenance.
  • May be tasked with opening and closing procedures.
