We are looking for a dedicated Business Support Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting expatriates and managing immigration processes, overseeing shared resources, and supporting various HR and General Affairs functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist staff with housing arrangements, vehicle management, insurance, and onboarding processes
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and services
  • Manage correspondence, business card requests, and other administrative duties
  • Provide support for immigration-related services
  • Assist in the management of the company vehicle and mobile phone programs
  • Support HR and General Affairs with various tasks
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline

Experience:

1 to 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with ADP and SAP software
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required
