**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Clinician/Co-Occurring Specialist to join our team at Saint Clare's Health. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide initial evaluations and assessments, lead groups and activities, and offer case management support, counseling, and crisis intervention to individuals with mental health and co-occurring conditions.

**Responsibilities**

* Participate in a collaborative team environment to provide comprehensive care to patients
* Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs
* Develop and lead groups and activities to promote skill learning and wellness
* Provide case management support, counseling, and crisis intervention to assigned patients

**Qualifications**

* Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
* Credentialed as a Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC)
* Valid Driver's License
* Current BLS (AHA) within the first 6 months of hire
* Defensive Driving Course
