Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of related work experience in operational management, with a proven track record of success in team management, issue resolution, and financial management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Epic, 1VU, BOX, and standard office equipment, with a strong understanding of dental plans, insurance fees, and administrative guidelines.
