Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are essential to the role, with additional tasks as assigned:
Act as a "Hands-On Manager." This role involves engaging in daily operations and performing necessary tasks to ensure the store runs efficiently.
Accountable for training all team members at the Home Outlet location to enhance profitability, manage expenses, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Tasked with recruiting and hiring top talent to adequately staff the store, ensuring the ongoing quality and excellence of the Home Outlet division.
Consistently surpass profitability targets and customer service expectations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
Job Duties:
Must perform the following tasks, as directed by the Store Manager, to fulfill essential job functions, with other duties as assigned:
Organize and prepare work schedules, assigning employees to specific roles.
Oversee, engage in, and manage sales activities, promotional events, merchandise displays, and inventory management.
Responsible for reconciling cash with sales records, maintaining operational documentation, preparing daily transaction reports for the Accounting Department, and performing the duties of other team members as necessary.
Address customer complaints and inquiries.
Secure and lock the store at the end of operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages a team of 3-5 employees in the Home Outlet Store. Executes supervisory responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing concerns and resolving issues.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. Able to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Skills:
Competent in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Able to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
Reasoning Ability:
Able to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. Capable of addressing problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this role successfully, an individual should be knowledgeable in inventory management software, order processing systems, payroll systems, spreadsheet applications, and word processing software.
Physical Demands:
