Enhance the quality of security operational processes and documentation by creating troubleshooting guides, training help desk and other personnel, and developing standard operational procedures.

Assist in compiling summaries of data research, incidents, and maintaining records that demonstrate activities, metrics, and project statuses. Help develop and sustain metrics and reports. Identify tasks suitable for automation and oversee their implementation. Create documentation and support the establishment and delivery of a security awareness training program.

Perform tasks related to security projects and other assigned duties.
