Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a critical role in the hotel's operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, guest services, and overall hotel experience. As a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place Alpharetta, you will be the face of the hotel during the overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Transactions: Accurately process and balance financial transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other hotel revenue streams.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise during the night.
- Security and Safety: Conduct regular security walks, ensuring the hotel's premises and guest areas are secure and safe.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue reports, guest statistics, and other relevant data.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and management, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in customer service and financial transactions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing software.
