Occupational Therapist Assistant Opportunity in Boston Area

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Boston area. As a key member of our home health care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate OTA to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, and provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, following established treatment plans and protocols.
  • Instruct and assist patients in performing daily activities, promoting independence and self-care skills.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
