Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Management Project Manager to join our team at Samhealth Test account. As a key member of our medical management team, you will be responsible for managing medical management projects and initiatives related to case management, utilization management, ENCC, and clinical pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medical management initiatives and achieve corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with health plan medical management to prioritize projects, identify medical trends, and develop processes to respond to trends.
  • Assist in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
  • Four (4) years experience in program or project management required.
  • Four (4) years supervisory experience required.
  • Experience or training in disease management, utilization management, case management, clinical pharmacy, and managed care required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous health plan experience.
  • Experience or training in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
