We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at ChenMed. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and referrals to specialists.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Current, active MD licensure in the state of employment.
- Board Eligibility or Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
