Stone Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Stone Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Allied Stone Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating stone-cutting machinery to precision-cut and shape raw materials for use in construction and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stone-cutting machinery, including saws and routers, to cut and shape raw stone materials according to project specifications.
• Ensure accurate measurement and cutting of stones to meet design requirements.
• Inspect and maintain cutting tools, machinery, and equipment for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of stone waste.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct quality checks on cut stones to verify conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and address minor machinery issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Stone Saw Operator or similar role in the stone industry.
• Familiarity with stone-cutting machinery and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational training in stone fabrication.
