Embroidery Specialist

At Brandability Inc, we're seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our team. As an Embroidery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on various types of fabric or materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating embroidery machines to produce intricate designs
• Selecting and preparing embroidery designs for production
• Preparing fabric for embroidery, including hooping and stabilizing
• Monitoring machine operation and adjusting thread tension as needed
• Changing thread colors and maintaining quality control
• Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Managing inventory of embroidery supplies and maintaining production records
• Collaborating with designers and customers to ensure design requirements are met

Physical Demands: This role requires standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
