We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at AristaCare. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to our residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice and company procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular screenings and evaluations to determine the need for intervention and treatment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Document all services provided in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
