Facilities Assistant

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our Corporate headquarters team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our buildings are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drywall, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms.
  • Setup and tear down events, including conferences and meetings.
  • Install, reconfigure, and repair modular workstations and office setups.
  • Install interior artwork and other visual elements.
  • Assist other facilities teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction, or carpentry.
  • Prior experience with hand and power tools.
  • Understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
