Global Security Threat Intelligence Specialist

Join Phillips 66 as a Global Security Threat Intelligence Specialist and play a vital role in protecting the company's assets around the clock. This challenging position requires expertise in both open-source intelligence and physical security, along with an understanding of global security threats and trends.
About the Role
This is a critical member of the team responsible for supporting all facets of the Phillips 66 Global Security function. The ideal candidate will interact with other corporate functions and business units, possess high levels of analytical skills, be a team player, and have effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring privately sourced and public information for potential threats and incidents that could affect the security of the organization's people, facilities, operations, and reputation.
- Performing advanced qualitative and quantitative research to analyze potential threats and disseminating findings to leadership to address intelligence requirements and inform decision making.
- Functioning as a key information gathering and communications hub to respond to security or safety incidents across the enterprise.
- Furthering the development and maintenance of the GSOC's information and knowledge management tools and processes.
- Supporting the monitoring of physical security access control systems and taking appropriate actions to respond to an alarm, breach, malfunction, or other events; assisting onsite contract security staff.
Requirements
- Licenses and Certifications: Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience: Experience working as an analyst in a government/military or corporate intelligence center.
- Skills: Ability to work rotating shifts, including on nights, weekends, and holidays, and overtime on an as-needed basis. Advanced writing and analytical skills. Intermediate level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and CoPilot. Familiarity with physical security threats and trends in the United States. Familiarity with major geopolitical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Languages: Beginner to intermediate proficiency using video monitoring, access control, and alarm monitoring applications, preferably Lenel/OnGuard.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
- Geographic Information Systems: Experience using a traveler tracking system.
- Data Visualization: Experience utilizing geographic information system and data visualization tools.
- Linguistic Skills: An intermediate or higher level of proficiency in a language other than English.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits for certain eligible employees include an Annual Variable Cash Incentive Program (VCIP) bonus, 8% 401k company match, Cash Balance Account pension, Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits with an annual company contribution to a Health Savings Account for employees on HDHP, Total well-being programs and incentives, including Employee Assistance Plan, well-being reimbursement, and backup family care services.
