Adalta Global Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team at Adalta Global. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in Workday HCM and experience with day-to-day functional operations of the system.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our Workday HRIS platform, including customization, configuration, security, reports, and updates/upgrades.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across HR and IT departments, working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Manage multiple modules within Workday, including HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Oversee data conversion and system administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of Workday HCM and its daily functional running.
  • The ability to work autonomously and independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience gathering requirements, conducting data analysis, testing, release management, and configuration.
