We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Associate to join our Shutterfly Portrait Team. What You'll Do:
  • Capture stunning photos that exceed customer expectations and bring their vision to life
  • Deliver personalized customer experiences from start to finish, ensuring every interaction is memorable and enjoyable
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer preferences to continuously improve your skills and performance

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail, sales, or service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.25
