About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our team at KIRBY RESTAURANT SUPPLY. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for managing and customizing our NetSuite ERP system to meet the needs of our business.

With a strong background in coding and accounting, you will work closely with our Finance and Accounting teams to streamline processes, improve system efficiency, and support business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of restaurant equipment and supplies, and to contribute to the success of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with NetSuite, with a proven track record of successfully configuring and maintaining complex systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of account data, performing data audits, and resolving data integrity issues. Additionally, you will work with internal teams and third-party vendors to integrate and manage integrations between third-party external applications and NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain the NetSuite software, including integrating it with other platforms
  • Provide training and support to end users, and be the point of contact for NetSuite Support
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with NetSuite
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financials, AR/AP, and Order Management
  • Experience with 3rd party financial systems such as Avalara AvaTax, Shopify, etc. is a plus
  • Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder
  • Solid understanding of business processes and accounting principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
