Medication Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team at Ecumenical Retirement. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by managing medications and providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments to residents in a safe and efficient manner
  • Engage with residents, building relationships and providing social and emotional support
  • Manage medication carts and ensure up-to-date supplies and quality control
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure resident care and safety
Requirements:
  • Prior direct-care experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR and first aid certification
  • Respect for patient rights and confidentiality
  • Ability to understand and speak English at a level that allows safe and efficient performance of the job
