  • Possess effective communication skills.
  • Have experience in conceptual estimating.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Familiarity with Division CSI master formats.
  • Capability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings.
  • Comprehension of commercial construction systems and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating software, and take-off software.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction costs and materials.
  • Expertise in construction methods and trade responsibilities.
