Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient communication of customer and supplier requirements within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Enter customer purchase orders or purchase order changes, including forecast data and planning schedules, into the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
- Receive and coordinate customer inquiries within the organization to support customer needs.
- Reconcile customer order reports to MRP data and resolve discrepancies with customers.
- Assist in maintaining accurate historical records of relevant items using established processes and systems.
- Support customer requirements by assisting other organizations as needed.
- Communicate directly with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines established by the company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or related experience and/or training.
- Customer service, procurement, or production control experience within the aerospace manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as MRP/ERP system knowledge.
- Problem-solving, customer satisfaction focus, and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to operate independently and in a team environment.
