The Human Resources Coordinator is crucial in supporting HR initiatives and programs. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating HR projects, and ensuring policy compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinating HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Maintaining HRIS data integrity and generating reports for HR metrics and analytics.
  • Assisting with HR compliance efforts.
  • Assisting the wider team in executing HR programs, projects, events, recruitment, and compliance matters

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred; candidates without a degree should have at least 2+ years of HR-related experience.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of HR experience is preferred, especially in compensation or benefits.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with PowerPoint and Word. Experience with payroll software like ADP and applicant tracking systems (Workday or Taleo preferred).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Warm, approachable demeanor; enjoys working with and supporting hourly/production employees.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
