Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Provide individualized care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Discharge Planning and Patient Education: Ensure a smooth transition of care by educating patients and their families on post-hospitalization care and providing necessary resources.
  • Compassionate Care: Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • RN License: Possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state.
  • BLS Certification: Hold current Basic Life Support certification.
  • ACLS Certification: Preferably hold Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification, with the requirement to obtain it within 90 days of employment. PAM Health offers support for obtaining ACLS certification.
  • Charge Nurses, High Ops, and ICU: ACLS certification is mandatory from day one for these roles.
