**Position Overview**
This role is essential for managing and overseeing the Microsoft Intune Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and VMware Workspace ONE UEM cloud services, specifically aimed at provisioning and controlling mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE services.
- Provide support during business hours for existing systems and functions, including on-call and backup support as necessary.
- Effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in computer or information technology or a related field is required.
Essential Technical Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in supporting mobile devices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
Additional Experience:
- Experience in provisioning mobile devices within an enterprise context.
- Ability to configure settings for operational and security functions of systems and software.
- Familiarity with change management practices to facilitate technical changes to a broad audience.
- Knowledge of configuration control practices to maintain a stable operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with both commercial and custom software applications.
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 in an enterprise setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- ITIL V4 Foundations Certification.
