Job Summary

The Womens Home seeks a highly skilled Residential Mentor PRN to join our team. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain household duties, enforce policies, and ensure a safe environment for residents.
  • Monitor preparation and cleanup of meals, supervise client visitation, and assist with medication management.
  • Coordinate activities, programs, and outings, and transport residents as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with substance abuse, mental illness, or homelessness is essential.
  • Valid Texas Driver's license with no outstanding warrants or tickets is required.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $17.00 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
