Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our team at Camden Prep. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching middle school mathematics principles to students in grades 6-8.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mathematics education, a strong understanding of curriculum design, and excellent instructional skills.
Responsibilities- Teach middle school mathematics principles to students in grades 6-8
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Teacher certification in Mathematics or related field
- 2+ years of teaching experience in a public school setting
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
