Job Title: Manager-In-Training

United Pacific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager-In-Training to join our team. As a Manager-In-Training, you will be responsible for completing a comprehensive training program under the supervision of our Store Manager and learning to manage, direct, and supervise the daily operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a comprehensive training program to develop skills and knowledge in store operations, customer service, and team management.
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Maintain a positive and courteous environment for customers and team members, adhering to United Pacific's goals, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, Lead, or Assistant Manager in a retail or fast food environment.
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop team members to help them advance in their careers.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
  • Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
  • Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
  • Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
  • Ability to occasionally push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials, and/or place or remove signage.
