Job Summary

Ross Stores is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Supervisor to join our team. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific area of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including merchandise presentation and visual displays
  • Open and close the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
