Key Responsibilities
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a high level of vigilance and respond promptly to any security-related incidents or concerns.
  • Incident Response: Act quickly and professionally in the event of an emergency or security breach, and provide detailed documentation of the incident.
  • Inspections and Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises and monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems to ensure the security and safety of the property.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all interactions with guests are professional and courteous.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential security risks, and develop contingency plans to address unexpected situations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in security or a related field, with a focus on CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Law Enforcement Background: Previous experience in law enforcement or a related field.
  • First Responder Training: Certification in first responder training.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Standing and Sitting: Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
