Job Title: Senior Grants Management Specialist

Looper Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Grants Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Management division, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of activities related to Federal Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) and Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage grant review processes for various Federal programs, including the management of peer review panels, recruitment of subject matter experts, and compilation of evaluation comments.
  • Develop and implement plans, budgets, and effectiveness monitoring for assigned contract(s).
  • Provide direction and oversight to staff assigned to assist with the administration of elements of the applicable grant program.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Manager to screen, interview, and select new hires as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred); at least 5 years of demonstrated experience managing federal grant programs or federal grant contracts.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating with executive level management and/or high-ranking Government staff.
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products and familiarity with online conference/meeting platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to create, monitor and adhere to a fiscally responsible budget.
  • Ability to present and explain program information and grant processes in plain language to client and federal staff, grantees, partner organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in standard office procedures, software, and communications technology.
  • Ability to obtain a public-trust clearance.
