Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position offers a direct hire opportunity within a reputable Construction Management and Engineering solutions firm.

Compensation: Min: $75,000 Max: $90,000.

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the primary liaison between municipal clients and contractors.

● Facilitate the review of payment applications.

● Organize and monitor all project plans and drawings.

● Ensure compliance with construction document deliverables.

● Provide essential administrative support to the project team.

● Conduct field inspections as needed.

● Assist the Project Manager with change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and contractor response letters.

● Aid in tracking project progress and processing necessary reports and documentation.

● Coordinate monthly scheduling meetings to ensure project alignment.

● Prepare and maintain comprehensive project records, including meeting minutes and all required documentation for client deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

● Experience across multiple trades, including electrical and mechanical.

● A minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects valued at over $10 million.

● Proficient in RFI tracking and contract documentation.

● Capable of performing payment reviews and preparation.

● Strong multitasking abilities to manage various concurrent requests.

● Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.

● Proficient in MS Office applications.

● OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
