A successful Food and Beverage Supervisor will have at least a high school diploma and 2 years of prior supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage sector.

Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Creating a safe and inviting atmosphere for guests by greeting them, anticipating their needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing innovative solutions for exceptional service.
- Moving throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and ensure that food quality and service standards are upheld.
- Verifying temperatures, assessing appearance and taste of products, and checking preparation methods to ensure quality.
- Supervising, motivating, rewarding, and coaching team members.
- Executing systems and processes that ensure the smooth operation of the theatre.
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and development of associates.
- Evaluating key performance indicators to enhance guest satisfaction and outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to boost brand visibility and attract traffic to the lounge and dining areas.
- Following the directives of theatre and corporate management teams.
