Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure the venue remains safe and pristine at all times, which includes cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and restroom walls, maintaining cleanliness in guest areas, and restocking restroom supplies as necessary. This will occur both during and after events.
- Maintain organized workspaces, clean equipment, and assist with additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members post-event to secure the venue, which may involve collecting trash, and properly storing event equipment such as chairs and barricades.
- Perform basic maintenance duties as required.
- Identify issues, replace or repair components, conduct tests, and make necessary adjustments.
- Recognize faulty operations or defective materials and report any unusual situations to the appropriate supervisors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain tidy work areas.
- Execute all other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Must possess a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
- This position necessitates constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying over 50 lbs, with occasional sitting.
