Responsibilities
  • Supervise replacement crews and installations in the field
  • Coordinate jobs with comfort specialists and dispatchers
  • Ensure lead techs complete all job-related forms legibly and in a timely manner
  • Customer and jobsite visits
  • Complete performance evaluations of field workers
Requirements
  • 5 years minimum HVAC Install(change-outs) experience
  • Type I and II EPA certification
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Have a clean driving record
